How It Works: Simplifying Your Path to Success

We begin with a one-to-one coaching session where we’ll explore what truly matters to you, unravel what’s been holding you back, and tap into science-based strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Next, you’ll create a personalised Goal Map — breaking your vision into clear, achievable steps, with simple tools to keep you on track (and feeling good while you do it).

Your first coaching session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes.

Within the following week, we’ll reconnect for a 30-minute session to refine and strengthen your Goal Map — so it stays energising, not overwhelming.

For the Momentum Builder package, the remaining six coaching sessions are spread over six months, and each one focuses on a new area of your life.
During each session, we will create a new personalised Goal Map — whether your next focus is health, happiness, confidence, relationships, purpose, or abundance.

Each of these additional sessions lasts around 30–60 minutes, depending on what you need.

Coaching sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you feel most relaxed. For the best experience, please join on a computer so we can share screens and I can guide you step-by-step.
